I have a wealth of experience supporting the learning and development of teams and individuals.
I facilitate transformational thinking through coaching which can bring development that is sought by those with whom I work.

I maintain a clear focus on achievable yet ambitious outcomes; ensuring those I work with are supported as they develop strategy and the areas that they wish to develop for their organisations or for themselves.

I work with professionals in health, local authority leadership positions as well as those in private business and school sectors.
My experience of 16 years as a teacher and 7 years as an Education Adviser to Secondary schools across the UK gives me a wealth of leadership and management and strategic experience.

Chartered Manager CMI and Fellow of the CMI (CMgr, FCMI)
Distinction - Executive MBA, 2021 - University of Hertfordshire.
Master of Education - Leadership and Management 2007 - Open University.
PGCE History & SEND 2000 - Exeter University.
Master of History - 2000. St Andrews University.

I find that clients like to have two introductory sessions before coaching begins. Both introductory sessions will be 20-30 minutes in length and are important preparation for the first coaching session (and I do not charge for them).

Introductory session 1 is about to getting to know each other and understand why a coach is wanted.
Introductory session 2 is where the goal of coaching and practicalities around duration and numbers of sessions are agreed.
