Biography

My name is Effie and I am a Greek native. Being the free spirit I am, I have left Greece when I was 19 years old to study Criminology in Los Angeles, California, USA.
I was able to conclude my studies at an American University in Athens, Greece.
In between, I worked in various fields (law, fashion, tourism, etc) gaining valuable experience in human psychology, expression as well as dynamics within teams.
Since 2015 I am a professional Life Coach, having the solid mission of helping people realize and embrace their uniqueness and live a life they enjoy, despite the challenges.

Experience

Following my Criminology BSc degree, which provided me an in-depth look at the possible challenges of our shadow selves, I have dived into the Life Coaching field, in 2015.
Since then, I have worked with many clients (public and private sector), from all walks of life, enriching my experience as a professional as well as helping people become the best versions of themselves.
The most recent project I work for is 'Coach Activism', where I am offering sessions to frontline workers dealing with the refugee crisis.
I am a certified member of the International Coaching Federation (I.C.F.) since 2017.
