Biography

I started designing and delivering training after a long and frustrating fact and information finding process of my own. This led to creating bespoke workshops for development and capacity building including safeguarding, mental health, train the trainer, equality & diversity and so on - all the essentials to operate a good business. Start up workshops cover everything form registration and recruiting Directors all the way through to bids and reporting - I have a huge passion for seeing good ventures succeed and our youth projects feed my other passion for seeing young people reach their potential. My other loves are dogs, good coffee and a decent red wine and I enjoy any kind of crime drama, which is probably due to my determined problem solving!
