ABOUT ME
I discovered life coaching myself a few years ago. I was approaching 50, my parents had both passed away and my children had left to go to University. I felt "lost' and was unsure what direction my life was going. This is when I decided to embark on my life coach training. I trained for 3 years gaining so much self awareness and felt I had found my purpose again. Life coaching gave me a new direction and I now want to use my skills and experience to help you.
