Biography
After five years of professional acting and directing, I moved into the education profession in 1994. Over the next 20 years, I was promoted into a series of senior leadership positions and then onto headship. Executive leadership followed when I became a Director of a successful Multi-Academy Trust that covered eight schools across the South East of England. Whilst my passion for education remained strong, it was during a visit to Nepal that I had time to reflect on my future and decided to extend my experience across and beyond education as a coach.
In 2019, I set up my own consultancy as an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant. Since then I have worked with leaders in a range of industries across Europe at all levels through one-to-one coaching, team coaching, and leadership development consultancy.
Experience
My mission is to "Make the world a better place by helping leaders be the best versions of themselves."
I gained my Level 7 Executive Coaching accreditation with the Institute of Leadership and Management in September 2020. Since then I have coached 100+ clients. As an Executive Coach, my client base has ranged from the middle leader to the CEO in a range of settings and industries. Whether a CEO of a Multi-Academy education trust or a multi-national corporation, leaders will often explore the same challenges and arrive at the development of "self" in finding their own solutions.
As a team coach, I facilitate work with organisations to better know their own strengths and weaknesses; to know how to get the best from the team and set a new understanding of 'self' and 'others'.
Working either online or face-to-face, I have developed a range of leadership development offers that address key driving forces behind any leadership team. My starting point is always to get to know you and your team and to build a bespoke experience. I have been particularly keen to help organisations develop their culture of leadership by embedding coaching as a way of behaving. A CEO recently reflected that our work had "significantly and profoundly changed the way we work with each other" and that this had "been the single most important reason for our increased growth and productivity."
