I show my clients the way to work with their emotions allowing them to be more emotionally balanced. I guide them so they can see clearly who they are, learn their old patterns and liberate themselves from social or interpersonal conditioning.
When working with clients I use Mindfulness, Coaching and Positive Psychology tools in order to tailor sessions for clients needs.

I’m experienced in delivering Mindfulness training in the corporate environment and working 1:1 to help the clients be authentic in the corporate world whilst unfolding their potential.
Also, I've been working with professional athletes, helping them to overcome the inner obstacles, allowing them to be able to work more consciously with their minds and their bodies and increase their performance.
