"The hardest part about change in creating the person, the leader you want to be is not making the same, not serving you choices you did the day before".
Maggie's coaching approach is to ask the right, power questions and stay curious in order to help executives and leaders to see the true reality around them, to identify the bottlenecks, the old habits and behaviours that hold them back from becoming even more successful. By performing in-depth analysis, Maggie manages to get to the real challenge her clients are facing. She helps to set the strategy and stretch goals, and to make quick adjustments. This all in order to create new habits and behaviours which support the leader in achieving positive long-lasting change and therefore to get greater business results for them, their team, and for the whole organization.
