Creative Life Coach
Creative Life Coach
Lower Clapton, London
Following over 10 years of what I would call 'resilience training' working as an actress, I embarked upon my current career, as a personal coach and facilitator, taking all I had learned, including my creativity, to my sessions.
I focus on the HERE, the NOW and of course HOW my clients can progress in the direction of an exciting future by setting realistic but exciting goals. By using a number of tried and tested frameworks as well as thinking outside the box using various artistic mediums, my aim is to empower the individual to focus on what it is they are looking for in life whilst remembering that this is an ever changing question. I feel my job as a coach is simply to facilitate an environment in which my clients are able to spotlight the areas of their lives that they wish to work on, leading to more enriching experiences in future and a deeper sense of fulfilment.
I am passionate about the innate power of the individual as well as creating safe nurturing environments for self reflection and I love being able to help others reach their true potential. I am also a poet and an artist and truly believe that everyone has the potential for creativity, even if it's in the 'not so conventional' forms.
I am a qualified Life Coach with the MOE Foundation and have completed 50+ hours of couching training.
To marry together my many passions, I also recently completed an Advanced Diploma in the Therapeutic and Educative Application of the Arts which has equipped me with a solid understanding of Gestalt Psychotherapy, Transactional Analysis and Attachment Theory backed by a foundation in neuroscientific research.
I have worked as a coach since early 2020 and was recently part of a small cohort of coaches working with Sony Music delivering specialist 1-1 support for their interns.
