Biography

After a career in health of over 35 years I am now a full time Coach and Consultant. I have worked in many fields of health and welfare including over 25 years as Health Visitor supporting parents and families in their "job" as a parent or carer. I am an SME in safeguarding children and adults which supports my role in coaching and consultancy. I coach with compassion and challenge to enable transformation and change for clients.

I support parents with the transition to family life from antenatal advice and support through to the young person transitioning to a young adult.

I offer quality assurance, supervision and mentoring to those who work in the field of safeguarding.

Experience

I trained as a Coach with Barefoot Coaching Ltd and I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC): the gold standard in coaching.
I am Associate Coach Trainer on the Barefoot Coaching Ltd, Essential Tools to become a Parent and Family Life coach.
I am an Associate Coach for the award winning Carver Coaching Ltd.
I offer 1:1 and group coaching.
I am training to be a Team Coach with the Team Coaching Studio.
I am a Mental Health Nurse and Mental Health First Aider,
