I am Marsha Sewdass and I am a life coach with training as a Neuro-Linguistic practitioner, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Emotional Intelligence as well as Health and Wellness ,an education administrator , an author, a blogger, public speaker and a business owner.

Years ago, I went through a tough divorce which literally took me to ground zero and was served as an absolute turning point in my life. I learnt the necessity of
Shifting the MINDSET,
Reigniting CONFIDENCE and
These are the inner strengths I teach my clients to rebuild. I have a passion to see my clients win !!

Therefore, my goal is to empower women, of all ages and stages of life to forge ahead and accomplish more than they ever thought possible, through the medium of coaching and education. I am a lifelong learner who also makes time to exercise daily, meditate and spend time with my kids.

My creative team, board of directors and unconditional cheerleading squad consists of my life partner Richard and our three fantastic daughters.
