Biography
I come from a background of psychology and mental health, as well as mediation. I have run my own mediation practise, worked in court mediations, managed NGO's, run support groups and currently still run an Employee Assistance Program business where we provide mental health support to corporate staff and facilitate soft skills workshops.
I am also the author of the book A Manic Marriage, published in 2010. My experience, both personal and professional, in conflict resolution and toxic relationships means that I offer my coaching clients the space to be heard, understood, and work on options and solutions to their current situation. I assist professionals who find themselves in toxic workplaces and relationships to find the solution that best suits them.
During the coaching process conflict resolution skills are taught and practised, and these can be utilised in other areas of life. My clients leave the coaching process feeling empowered and refreshed.
