Having recovered from my own struggles with an eating disorder and hypothalamic amenorrhea, I would like to use my training in coaching and nutrition to help other women through similar issues.

Some of the key areas I work include:

- Eating for optimum health and hormone function
- Developing strategies for overcoming disordered eating patterns
- Diving deep into the root cause of you health issues
- Programming exercise and nutrition plans to support you with your individual needs


I hold a Masters in sport and exercise psychology, and have worked one to one with athletes on issues around training, mindset and nutrition. I have consulted with individuals on things such as motivation, barriers to physical activity, supporting mental health through activity and much more.

Through my personal experience, I have also gained a deeper understanding of the challenges facing women in relation to sport and nutrition. I have successfully developed positive strategies for dealing with disordered eating behaviours and managing my time as an athlete within this context.
