Sarah is an experienced Career Coach, specialising in Early Career Academics, Graduates and Career Changes. She helps her clients to plan their careers, manage relationships, improve their confidence and become more self-aware so that they can flourish in their next role.
She is passionate about the skills and difference individuals with dyslexia have to offer and works with dyslexic individuals to identify and use their strengths to progress their careers. Her research project was on adult dyslexia and disclosure in the workplace.
Originally studying a BA in English and French, Sarah went on to do an MA in English Literature. Sarah started working in HR and is CIPD qualified in Human Resources and L & D. The part of her job she enjoyed most is helping people develop their careers so she decided to retrain as a Career Coach and has obtained an MSc in Career Management and Coaching from Birkbeck. She is a level 7 coach and is currently studying PGCert in Coaching Supervision.
Sarah is a member of the EMCC and a CIPD member. She is a continuous learner and takes her CPD seriously so she can offer the best experience to her clients. Through the CIPD, Sarah also works as a volunteer Enterprise Advisor where she works with a school on their career education strategy.
