Biography

In addition to advising and coaching directors on business strategy I also work as a coach and mentor working with sales, key accounts and marketing managers, helping them to maximise their performance. My style is to help them to learn rather than simply teaching in a thought provoking and creative process.

My background is as a marketer with extensive sales and marketing experience in Africa, Middle East, Europe and North America. Following post graduate research and business school courses at Cranfield and Loughborough. I have worked in major corporations in marketing and sales management roles. My formative years were at Mars where I was involved in developing the Klix and Flavia drinks brands internationally.

I founded a successful and pioneering direct marketing agency and established an impressive client list of Blue Chip clients and later sold the agency to Snyder Communications, becoming Vice Chairman of Brann Worldwide responsible for business development.

Currently, I am working as a business development consultant helping large organisations sharpen their focus on profitable and sustainable growth.
