I am dedicated to creating a safe space for learning and growth, both at individual and at organisational level. With years of experience in multicultural settings specifically in the UK public sector and in multinational organisations around the world, I truly believe that we can learn to understand and manage organisational stress, remove barriers to performance, benefit from diversity, and create respectful, curious, creative organisational cultures which engender trust, a sense of belonging and commitment, and ensure the wellbeing of everyone in the organisation at all levels.
My curiosity and belief in the potential of the individual lie at the heart of my coaching and training, enhanced by my learning in the fields of therapy, stress management, Neuroscience and Psychology, and a solid grounding in research, and international business and management experience.
Besides management and leadership training and coaching, my special focus areas include executive and team coaching, managing stress, building resilience in organisations, and building respectful, inclusive workplace cultures.
I have published numerous articles in respected UK journals on Respectful Workplaces, Working with Dysfunctional Teams, and related HR and business topics. I am also a lecturer/tutor at university, in Research, Management, Communication, and Conflict Management.
