COVID-19 has altered everyone’s lives, to a previously unfathomable extent.
The World as we know it has changed. This is particularly evident through the introduction of mandatory face coverings across transport, shopping stores, cafe’s, pubs and restaurants. The ‘face mask’ has become an essential piece of equipment that you mustn’t go anywhere without.
In a similar vein to the necessity of masks, there has been a steep rise in the use of online video and communication software. Due to various restrictions, almost 50% of the adult population are working from home, with much of the other half of people qualifying as essential workers and helping keep hospitals, shops and trade services running, to name but a few. Across society, there is an ever-increasing utilisation and availability of technology; with all ages using online video services more proficiently- we at Adviice have recognised this profoundly.
One must also note, Covid-19 has caused great devastation to the livelihoods of millions of people, not least those who have been directly affected by losing loved ones.
